Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman said on Monday that the authorities will "officially" release the report about the Ukrainian passenger plane crashed over the Iranian space earlier this year.

"The Civil Aviation Organization (of Iran), as the responsible body in the technical field, acted on its responsibility and the report was provided to the Ukrainian side and other parties in the form of online video," Saeed Khatibzadeh said at his weekly press conference.

"Today or tomorrow the report will be officially presented (to the Ukrainian side and other parties) in the form of a translation," said Khatibzadeh.

The Ukraine passenger plane was hit by Iranian missiles after taking off in Tehran's airspace on Jan. 8, killing all 176 people on board. Iran said that its forces "accidentally" shot the plane down.
