Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi received in Cairo's international airport on Friday his Tunisian counterpart Kais Said who is on a three-day visit to Egypt.
This is the first visit for the Tunisian president to Egypt since he assumed office in October 2019.
An Egyptian-Tunisian summit between both leaders is set to be held on Saturday at the El-IThadiya presidential palace in Cairo, according to Egyptian presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady.
The pair will discuss regional and international issues of mutual interest as well as means to boost the bilateral relations and cooperation in all field, especially in security, economic, investment levels, Rady added.
