Egypt's Tourism and Antiquities Minister Khaled El-Anani inaugurated on Tuesday two new museums at Cairo International Airport in celebration of International Museum Day, which falls on 18 May every year.

The new museums, located in the Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 buildings, will allow visitors to “have a glimpse of Egypt's treasures there,” a statement by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities read.

The inauguration was attended by Civil Aviation Minister Mohamed Manar, the statement added.
