Egyptian popular indie band Massar Egbari will return to perform at El-Sawy Culturewheel with two concerts scheduled for Friday 3 September and Saturday 4 September.

“Summer concerts aren’t over,” stated Massar Egbari on their socials, urging fans to attend.

The band has been performing all over Cairo lately, most notably in the Zamalek Theatre and the Cairo Opera House, with each concert’s tickets selling out days before the event.

Founded in 2005, Massar Egbari is one of the leading bands in Egypt. Their line-up of musicians includes Hani El-Dakkak (Guitarist and lead vocalist), Ahmed Hafez (Bassist), Tamer Attallah (Drummer), Ayman Massoud (Keyboardist), and Mahmoud Siam (Guitarist).

The band’s albums include ‘Read the News’ (2013), ‘Songs from a Stolen Spring’ (compilation, 2014), ‘Rise and Fall’ (2015), and ‘The Album’ (2018).
