Former Guinea-Bissau armed forces chief Jose Zamora Induta, who fled the country in the wake of a coup in the west African country, has been arrested in Senegal, a police source said.
Induta, who had voiced fears for his life after another top military official was assassinated on election day in March, was arrested with another three people overnight Thursday in the Casamance region which borders Guinea-Bissau, the source said.
