Inflationary pressures grow as Egypt's end-April M2 money supply climbs

Egypt's M2 money supply rose 7.3 per cent in the year to the end of April, the central bank said on Thursday.

Money supply was LE1,058.9 billion ($175.2 billion), up from LE1,054.7 billion at the end of March and LE986.8 billion at the end of April 2011.
