NCW lights up headquarters in rose to mark breast cancer awareness month

The National Council of Women (NCW) lit up its headquarters in rose on Thursday night to mark the awareness month of breast cancer, which is observed in October of every year.

The lighting was organised in cooperation with Baheya Foundation for Early Detection and Treatment of Breast Cancer.

NCW Chairwoman Maya Morsy called on Egyptian women to early do check ups to avoid such disease.
 
Morsy urged every woman to undergo a checkup to ensure her health.
 
She also praised the presidential initiative for early detection and diagnosis of the disease, which is conducted for free for all Egyptian women.
