Egypt reports 65 Covid-19 deaths on Sunday, highest in seven months

Egypt reported Sunday 65 Covid-19 deaths , the highest death toll recorded in the country in seven months when 66 Covid-19 deaths were reported on 8 May 2021.

The total number of deaths from the virus increased to 19,076.

Meanwhile, the Health Ministry reported 909 new coronavirus cases bringing the total infection tally to 337,485 since the outbreak of the pandemic in Egypt in February 2020.

The Ministry added in its daily report that 711 patients have been discharged after recovering from the virus bringing the total number .of recoveries to 283,225
