Egypt's major stocks have taken further losses on Wednesday, the benchmark EGX30 slipping 0.4 per cent to close at 4,484.7 points.
The broader EGX70, by contrast, edged up 0.21 per cent.
Total trade was worth over LE147.7 million ($24.5m), with EFG-Hermes again seeing the heaviest trade.
