Substitute Rayan was on target three minutes into the second half, shortly after he was introduced, to cancel out Yunus Akgun's 19th-minute opener for Adana Demirspor.

Two second-half goals from Britt Assombalonga and Babajide David condemned Altay to a defeat.

Rayan joined Altay from Cairo giants Ahly on a season-long loan in the close season. He has also scored in a 4-1 victory over Alanyaspor in August and a 3-1 loss to Konyaspor in September.

The 23-year-old was part of Egypt's squad for their two recent World Cup qualifying games against Angola and Gabon.

He won a first-half penalty in the Pharaohs' 2-1 win over Gabon in their final Group F clash last week, which Ahly playmaker Magdi Afsha converted to open the scoring.
