Hend Sabry’s Finding Ola to broadcast soon on Netflix

Over 10 years after the success of her TV hit show Ayza Atgawez, Tunisian star Hend Sabry is reviving the popular character of Ola Abdel-Sabour in her Netflix Arabic series Finding Ola.

The six-episode series broadcasting soon, Finding Ola will cover the new adventures of Ola as an older woman trying to balance her roles as a mother, wife and entrepreneur.

While Egyptian actress Sawsan Badr will remain in the role of Ola’s mother, the series will also star Hani Adel as Ola’s husband, as well as Nada Mousa, Mahmoud El-Leithy, and Dalia Shawky, in addition to guest appearances from prominent actors including Khaled El-Nabawy.

Hend Sabry is also the show’s executive producer for the first time, through her company SALAM PROD., in cooperation with Partner Pro and Executive Producer Amin El-Masri.

The series’ characters are inspired by Egyptian writer Ghada Abdel-Aal, scripted by Maha Alwazir and Ghada Abdel-Aal, and directed by Hadi El-Bagoury.

Netflix is a leading streaming entertainment service with over 214 million paid memberships in over 190 countries providing TV series, documentaries and feature films across a wide variety of genres and languages.

Netflix has previously produced a number of Arab TV shows including Egyptian Paranormal and Abla Fahita’s Drama Queen.
