The 40-year-old former defender believes that Egypt have more talented players in their squad that can make the difference against Cote d’Ivoire on Wednesday.
“Liverpool’s Salah is the most dangerous player in Egypt’s squad, alongside Aston Villa winger Trézéguet, so Cote d’Ivoire players should be cautious,” Touré told Egyptian TV channel El-Mehwar late on Sunday.
“Wednesday’s game will be difficult for Cote d’Ivoire,” Touré said.
“I advise Egypt’s Salah to stay in Liverpool to be the team’s legend,” the Man City and Liverpool former defender Touré added.
