Morocco s Wydad coach Walid Regragui
Wydad are second in Group D with three points, one point over third placed Zamalek, while Angola’s Petro Atletico are in the lead with four points.
The Moroccan giants lost to Petro Atletico 1-2 in the CAF Champions League last week before losing again 0-2 in the domestic league against Hassania Agadir on Wednesday.
“We lost two games in a row but we have to keep our stability and concentration as the coming game against Zamalek is very important,” Regragui told reporters early on Thursday.
“We will deal with the game against Zamalek as a final, we have to avoid continuing losing points.”
“The loss to Hassania Agadir will be a motivation for Wydad when they host Zamalek in the CAF Champions League,” the Wydad coach added.
Wydad are scheduled to face Zamalek in the third round of Group D games on the CAF Champions League on Saturday at Stade Mohammed V.
