Ahly midfielder El-Sulaya should be fit to take part in the African Champions League final (Ahram)
The Red Devils had to do without Dieng and El-Sulaya in the last three Egyptian Premier League games while defensive midfielder Fathi missed two matches due to injuries.
Ahly struggled in their absence, drawing twice against Ceramica Cleopatra and NBE Club before securing a dramatic 2-1 comeback win over Enppi after scoring twice in stoppage time on Saturday.
The club's doctor said El-Sulaya and Fathi are ready to resume training after recovering from their respective hamstring and pelvic injuries.
Burly Malian midfielder Dieng also finished his rehabilitation programme and is fit to return to action, Ahmed Abou-Abla added.
However, key central defender Mohamed Abdel-Moneim, who was one of Egypt's standout performers when they reached the African Nations Cup final in February, is doubtful for the Wydad clash due a groin complaint.
Ahly take on the Casablanca-based club at Morocco's Mohammed V Stadium in the final as they seek to become the first team in African to win a hat-trick of straight Champions League titles.
