Angham to perform at Manara hall

Renowned Egyptian singer Angham will hold a concert at Cairo's Manara hall on 1 July.

During the Al Manara Live Symphonic concert, Angham will treat the audience to some of her best known songs.

Born in 1972, Angham, who graduated from the Cairo Conservatory, is considered one of the best female voices in Arab music today. She launched her career alongside her well-known musician father Mohamed Ali Soliman in the late 1980s, before embarking on her own independent path.

She has released over 25 albums including: Fil Rokn elBaeed elHady (“In The Far Distant Corner,” 1987), Awal Gawab (“First Letter,” 1988), Shokran (“Thank You,” 1989), Shayfak (“I See You,” 1992), Betheb Meen (“Who Do You Love,” 1997), Bahibbik Wahashteeny (“Loving You, I Miss You,” 2005), Mahaddesh Yehasebni (“Don't Judge Me,” 2010), Ahlam Bareaa (“Innocent Dreams,” 2015), Rah Tezkerny (“You Will Remember Me,” 2018), Hala Khassa Geddan (“Very Special Case,” 2019), among others and dozens of highly successful singles.

Her concert in Manara Hall is the latest in her frequent appearances across most renowned stages in Egypt and the Arab region.
