Hanan Mady to perform concert at Salah Al-Din Citadel

Egyptian singer Hanan Mady, who is widely known for many 1990s TV series themes, will perform a concert on Saturday at the historic Citadel of Salah Al-Din as part of the ongoing Citadel Festival for Music and Singing.

Mady was the voice of many Egyptian series in the 1990s, making an unforgettable debut with Omar Khairat on the theme to El-Leqaa El-Thany, and singing on Yasser Abdel-Rahman's theme for El-Mal Wal-Banon.

She has released four albums and is known for a number of tracks, including Leilet Eshq, El-Bahr, Sheddy El-Dafayer, Asfour and Kan W-Kan.

The 30th edition of the festival, which is running from 14-31 August, is hosting concerts for many renowned Egyptian and Arab World star singers like Hany Shaker, Ali El-Haggar, Nawal El-Zoghbi, Mohamed Mohsen, Nouran Abutaleb, Tania Saleh, Lena Chamamyan, as well as bands like Black Theama, and Wust El-Balad.

Hanan Mady performance will follow a concert by Nesma Mahgoub.
