The EMA also said that South Sinai and southern Egypt will witness extremely hot and humid weather until Tuesday.
During the six-day period, Greater Cairo and northern Egypt will experience hot and humid weather in the daytime, with highs ranging from 33 to 34 degrees Celsius. The feeling of heat, however, will range between 35 and 36 degrees Celsius due to the high humidity levels.
The EMA said that the average humidity levels in Greater Cairo and northern Egypt will range between 40 and 45 percent in the daytime and 80 to 86 percent at night.
The North Coast will experience highs of 30 degrees Celsius and the feeling of heat will range between 32-33 degrees.
As for South Sinai, it will see highs of 38-40 degrees that will feel like 41-42 degrees.
Northern Upper Egypt will experience highs of 35-36 degrees, and the feeling of heat will range from 37 to 38.
Winds will be active in parts of Greater Cairo, northern Egypt, the northern coast, and South Sinai.
The EMA also said that there is a 30 percent chance of sporadic rainfall over the northwestern coast on Thursday.
