Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tareq El-Molla said on Tuesday modernising decades-old petroleum refineries increased their production capacity and operation efficiency.
El-Molla made his statement during the meetings of the general assemblies of a number of petroleum refining companies to approve the business results of FY 2021/2022.
He underscored the necessity of providing petroleum products with global specifications with a view to meeting local market needs and exporting surplus products.
