Market Update: Egypt stocks close Sunday down 2 pct

Egyptian stocks have closed Sunday heavily in the red, the benchmark EGX30 down 1.99 per cent at 4,719 points.

The broader EXG70 tumbled a greater 2.28 per cent.
 
Total turnover was around LE157 million (around $26.2m), with telecoms firm OTMT seeing over a third of the day's trade.
