He left the pitch with six minutes remaining, making way for Evann Guessand.
Mohamed's ended a drought stretching back to 31 August when he scored an equaliser for Nantes against Starsbourg in the Ligue 1.
He has since failed to score in eight successive matches (five in the Ligue 1 and three in the Europa League).
The former Zamalek striker joined Nantes from Turkish side Galatasaray on a season-long loan in the close season.
He has scored four goals in 15 appearances with Nantes so far this term in all competitions.
