The Egypt winger restored Trabonspor's advantage on 36 minutes after an own goal from Stryger Larsen cancelled out Maxi Gomez's early opener for Besiktas.
Trezeguet made the most of a terrible back pass from a defender to drill home from inside the area.
However, Besiktas substitute Cenk Tosun struck on 70 minutes to secure a share of spoils.
Trezeguet took his tally to three league goals in 10 appearances since joining Turkish champions Trabzonspor.
He also netted two goals in four games in the Europa League.
