Alanyaspor came from 2-0 down in the first half to secure a share of spoils, thanks to goals from Jure Balkovec and Kouka.
The 29-year-old scored the equaliser with a fine header in stoppage time to take his tally to three goals in eight matches so far this season.
Alanyaspor are tenth in the league table with 13 points, ten behind leaders Fenerbeche.
Kouka spent last season on loan at Turkish side Konyaspor, where he scored 11 goals in 38 appearances on all fronts.
He returned to Olympiacos this summer and made just two appearances with the Greek club before moving to Alanyaspor.
