The 27-year-old gained a penalty, converted by Anastasios Bakasetas in the 14th minute of the game to give his side an early lead.
He added the second from the spot in the 27th minute to double the lead for the defending champions.
Senegalese striker Mame Biram Diouf netted a double on 45 and 54 minutes respectively to level the score.
Trezeguet’s goal is his fourth in the Turkish league and the sixth on all fronts as the Egyptian international made 21 appearances with Trabzonspor so far.
Trezeguet joined Trabzonspor from English Premier League club Aston Villa last summer.
Trabzonspor are seventh in the league table with 22 points, four points behind leaders Fenerbache who still have a match in hand.
