Pyramids FC claimed an easy 2-0 win over NBE Club, while Future FC snatched a last gasp 2-1 victory against Aswan.

Struggling Ismaily continued their stuttering form with a 1-1 draw with Pharco in Alexandria.

At Cairo's Air Defence Stadium, Pyramids eased past NBE Club, thanks to goals from Mostafa Fathi and Mahmoud Saber on 73 and 75 minutes respectively.

Pyramids moved up to seventh in the table with five points from three matches, four behind leaders Ahly, who claimed maximum points from three games.

Elsewhere, Mohanad Lasheen gave Future a stoppage-time win over Aswan as they moved up to fourth on seven points.

Aswan took a surprise lead when Ahmed Belhadji converted a penalty on the stroke of halftime.

Striker Ahmed Atef leveled the score one minute into the second half before Lasheen converted a late penalty to give his side a precious win.

In Alexandria, striker Bassem Morsi salvaged a point for Ismaily against Pharco FC as the former Zamalek striker scored the equaliser ten minutes from time after Rezki Hamroune had given them a 48th-minute lead

Ismaily's poor start leaves them fourth from bottom with a solitary point from three games. Pharco lie sixth with six points from four matches.
