Factbox: The 32 state companies to see stakes sold

Egypt’s Cabinet released on Wednesday a list of 32 state companies which it intends to sell stakes from over the next year.

The companies listed work in 18 fields, most importantly banking, insurance, construction, energy, tourism, oil, energy, and petrochemicals.

  • The National Company for Selling and Distributing Petroleum Products (Wataniya)

  • Egyptian Drilling Company (EDC)

  • Hotels owned by the Public Sector Ministry (Following EGOTH)
