Temperatures will peak on Tuesday, the EMA added. However, cold weather will continue at night during the coming week.
Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt will see highs of 26 degrees and lows of 15 degrees on Tuesday, up from 20 degrees and 12 degrees, respectively, on Thursday.
The North Coast, which includes Alexandria and Matrouh, will see highs of 26 degrees and lows of 15 degrees on Tuesday, compared to 18 degrees and 13 degrees on Thursday.
Temperatures will hike in South Sinai to 31 and 18 degrees on Tuesday, up from 23 and 15 degrees today.
Morning temperatures will rise by 6-7 degrees during the daytime and 4 degrees during night-time on Tuesday in Upper Egypt to record highs of 29-31 and lows of 11-14.
From Thursday to Tuesday, Greater Cairo, the Nile Delta, and the North Coast will see moderate weather during the daytime.
Warm weather continues in South Sinai, where Sharm El-Sheikh is located, and Upper Egypt.
However, Central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt, which includes Beni Suef, Fayoum, and Minya, are expected to see extremely cold temperatures this week.
There is also a chance of light rain in a few areas in the North Coast on Thursday, the EMA said.
Morning fog continues until Tuesday on some roads leading to Greater Cairo, the Nile Delta, the North Coast, Suez Canal cities, Central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt.
South Sinai will see wind until Saturday, while windy weather will be witnessed in western Egypt next week.
