The White Knights have been drawn in Group C alongside Al-Nassr and two other teams from a list that includes Merrikh, Teshreen, Al-Shabab, Air Force, Fahman, US Monastir, Mahreq and Seyeb.
The eight latter teams are set to play a playoff round and the two winners will qualify for the tournament.
Zamalek and Talae El-Gaish are the only teams from Egypt to participate in this edition of the Arab Champions League following Ahly’s withdrawal due to their congested schedule.
T. El-Gaish will play Ittihad of Libya in the playoff round.
The schedule has not been announced yet, but the tournament, whose winner will scoop $6 million, is set to play in the summer.
