The two-time defending champions are currently fifth in the standings with 33 points, trailing leaders Ahly by 11 points, who still have a game in hand.

Despite their recent draw in the league, the White Knights are boosted by their latest 3-1 victory over Esperance in the CAF Champions League, which revived their hopes in the competition.

However, they will have to manage without several key players, including Mahmoud ‘Shikabala’ Abdel-Razek, Mohamed Abdel Shafy, Abdalla Gomaa, and Omar Gaber, who are sidelined due to injury. Additionally, new signings Nasser Mansi and Mahmoud Shabana are suspended.

“I have urged the players to forget about their win over Esperance in the CAF Champions League and focus on the game against Enppi,” Coach Jesualdo Ferreira said, according to the club’s official website.

Meanwhile, Enppi have been struggling this season, with just 17 points after 20 games and only one point above the relegation zone.
