Both sides have now eight points but Future FC played on match more as Pyramids FC will face FAR Rabat in the Moroccan capital later on Sunday.
The Moroccan side are third with seven points and they will have the chance to move to the group summit if they beat Pyramids FC.
Future FC players wasted a number of easy goalscoring chances until first-half substitute Ali El-Feel opened the scoring four minutes before the break.
The 30-year-old defender, who replace injured defender Mahmoud Rezk, met a free kick with a powerful header to beat keeper Sama who has been in an impressive form.
Unmarked midfielder Mohanad Lashine added the second with an easy header on a corner kick in the 72 nd minute, while substitute striker Ahmed Atef completed the rout with another header, three minutes from time.
Future FC will end their group stage campaign with an all-Egyptian clash against Pyramids FC while the Moroccan side will host ASKO de Kara on the second of the next month.
