Zelensky said in a tweet that his aim is to “enhance bilateral relations and Ukraine’s ties with the Arab world.”
Earlier on Friday, sources told Al Arabiya that the Ukrainian president will attend the 32nd Arab League Summit that is set to begin in the Saudi Red Sea coastal city later today.
The sources explained to the Saudi news outlet that Zelensky's participation in the summit would come as a guest of honour in “an extension of the Saudi Arabia’s efforts to resolve the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.”
