21:10 Wydad coach has opted for an offensive approach with Sambou, Bouhra, Ounajem and Hassouni all starting the game.
21:00 Ahly coach Marcel Koller has made just one change to his team that beat Wydad 2-1 one week ago in Cairo. Keeper Mohamed El Shennawy has been restored between the sticks after missing the home leg due to injury.
20:00 Ahly players head to the stadium. The team had a light training in the hotel before lunch.
18:00 Wydad fans flock to Mohammed V Stadium hours before kick off.

16:20 On Monday, Ahly’s coach Koller expressed concern over the appointment of retiring Ethiopian referee Bamlak Tessema for the game, but Vandenbroeck defended the decision yesterday; accusing the Reds of putting pressure on the referee.

"I think Ahly are working to put pressure on the referee of the second leg to influence his decisions, but I believe he will do well tomorrow because senior referees do not make mistakes, especially with the presence of the video technology," Vandenbroeck said.

15:00 Shennawy said on Saturday that Ahly will not rely on first leg result against Wydad, insisting that the team is only focused on winning the title on Sunday.

14:00 Veteran goalkeeper and team skipper Mohamed El-Shennawy, who missed the first leg, is ready to boost Ahly tonight after recovering from his injury.

13:00 Ahly Coach Marcel Koller said he is confident about his team's ability and the players' experiences to win the title in Morocco, despite the large number of fans expected to attend the game.

12:15 The Cairo giants will work hard to avoid last year's scenario when Wydad claimed their third Champions League title after beating Ahly 2-0 in a single-game final in Morocco.

12:00 The Reds, who are seeking a record-extending 11th Champions League title, will be entering the game with a 2-1 lead over Wydad in the first leg game in Cairo last week.

11:30 Ahly hope to avoid a repeat of last year's upset against Wydad in the 2nd leg of the CAF Champions League final when the two teams meet on Sunday at Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca.

Venue: Mohammed V Stadium

Referee: Bamlak Tessema (Ethiopia)
