As summer sets in, we selected four Cairo galleries showcasing group exhibitions that feature Egypt's diverse talents, offering a chance to rediscover its versatile artistic expressions.

Exhibition title: Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue


Titled Blue, this multifaceted exhibition showcases over 25 contemporary artists, including some works borrowed from private collections. Featuring both old and new works, the exhibition's title references the transition between seasons.

Participating artists are Adel El-Siwi; Amre Heiba; Xavier Puigmarti; Nazir Tanbouli; Hazem El-Mestikawy; Hisham El-Zeiny; Essam Marouf; Sami Elias; Hany Rashed; Ahmed Sabry, and Amr El Kafrawy.

Exhibition title: Confluence - Safarkhan Summer Collective


Featuring works by resident talents and a selection of previously featured artists, this exhibition also introduces aspiring young names, some exhibiting for the first time. Together, they capture the spirit of the contemporary Egyptian art scene's confluence of myriad forms.
