The Cairo Giants, who secured the league title weeks ago, finished the season with 83 points.
Meanwhile, Masry finished in fifth place with 48 points.
Ahly coach Marcel Koller made changes to his squad for the match, fielding unused players and youngsters Raafat Khalil and Moataz Mohamed.
Both teams started the game looking to score the opening goal, but Masry appeared more dangerous thanks to the duo of Elyes Jelassi and Abdel-Latif Grendo.
In the second half, Ahly pressed forward and threatened Masry several times, while the coastal-based team relied mostly on counterattacks.
The most dangerous chance for Ahly came when youngster Moataz Mohamed's shot hit Masry's right post.
Ahly's goalkeeper Ali Lotfi made a crucial save for his side, blocking Abdou Yehya's shot from close range.
In a frantic finish during injury time, both teams tried to score a goal but ultimately failed to break the deadlock.
