The tests allow students to pursue enrolment in Egyptian universities, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research said on Wednesday.
For submission, students are required to visit the ministry’s public university enrolment system’s -- tansik website -- equivalent certificates section and subsequently access the link for registering their basic information.
This includes the student's name, certificate, country of issuance, ID number, and other relevant details.
To take the exams, the student needs to arrive at the faculty of their preference, where the tests will be conducted, at 9am on the specified date. They should bring a photocopy of the equivalent certificate they have obtained, a valid personal identification document (either a National ID card or passport), and four passport-size photographs.

Many faculties require aptitude tests to assess students' suitability. Students get one chance to pass the exam for a programme, and cannot retake it for another faculty if unsuccessful.
Students registered in the Thanaweya Amma (high school system) took their aptitude tests from 15 June to 3 August.
The new academic year will begin on 30 September and last for 14 weeks, ending on 4 January 2024.
The first phase of tansik started from Saturday until Thursday, a step that allows them to compete for leading faculties.
The results will be published on the website at a later date, and following the second phase, the tansik office will issue the final nomination cards for the students from this phase.
Results for the 759,676 students who took Thanaweya Amma exams this year were announced in July, with a total pass rate of 78.8 percent.
