Egyptian women who have graduated from university and are at least 22-years-old are eligible to apply for this training, irrespective of their governorate of residence.

Candidates can select from four tracks that encompass backend development, frontend development, Flutter, and Java programming.

The training modules, which span basic to advanced levels, will last from August 2023 to January 2024. Each level runs for two months, two days a week.

A cohort of 280 women will have the opportunity to join this programme, organized into 14 training groups. Half of them will progress to advanced training after successfully completing the foundational phase.

The application window closes on 31 August. However, the training is accepting applications on a rolling basis from 5 August to 5 September until reaching the desired number of participants.

Beyond honing technical skills, this training offers a holistic learning journey. It delves into areas of professional development and effective job-hunting strategies.

Participants will gain insights into crafting professional resumes, excelling in job interviews, and mastering communication skills. Interactive seminars will empower candidates with the tools to effectively navigate the IT and software development job market, the programme promises.

Additionally, outstanding participants will also have the chance to engage in practical training with leading software companies.
