The highly anticipated film is scheduled to be released on 13 September in Egypt and 21 September across the Arab world, after having been delayed from its initial 23 August release date.

Written and performed by Wegz, the single has reached 250,000 views just short of a day after its release on YouTube.

Enthusiastic fans showered the popular rapper with compliments about his latest track.

In the video clip, we see the rapper flying above the city alongside a scene from the film. The video clip is directed by Omar Hilal, who also wrote and directed the film.

Wegz is among the leading Egyptian rappers. In 2022 he topped the Spotify charts as the most listened to musician in the Arab world, a place he has secured in the previous two years. 

Voy! Voy! Voy! is produced by Mohamed Hefzy and his Film Clinic production company.

Inspired by true events, it revolves around Hassan, a security guard living an impoverished life with his mother, who dreams of travelling and living abroad. One day, he stumbles upon blind football and decides to pose as visually impaired to join a team on the brink of a World Cup tournament in Europe.
