Moroccan winger Reda Slim, who joined the Red Devils in the summer, opened the scoring with his maiden goal just one minute before halftime.
South African counterpart Percy Tau made a significant impact, finding the net twice, while substitute fullback Karim Fouad completed the rout, marking his return following a lengthy absence due to knee surgery.
The first half of the match lacked excitement, with Masry enjoying a slight advantage in terms of possession but failing to pose a genuine threat.
Ahly's new signing, Anthony Modeste, had an opportunity to open his scoring account for the club, but the French striker failed to control the ball from close range.
Reda Slim emerged as Ahly's standout performer in the first half, showing individual skills that led to Masry defenders Djoulde Bah and Baher El-Mohamadi each receiving yellow cards.
Slim put Ahly ahead with a well-placed shot from inside the area, capitalizing on a poor clearance from Masry goalkeeper Mahmoud Gad.
Masry's challenges increased when defender Baher El-Mohamadi was shown a second yellow card and subsequently sent off seven minutes into the second half for a reckless tackle on Emam Ashour.
Five minutes later, Anthony Modeste squandered another opportunity as his close-range effort was blocked by the Masry keeper, with defender Amr Moussa clearing the ball off the line.
South African winger Percy Tau continued Ahly's dominance by scoring two goals in the 69th and 75th minutes, respectively.
Karim Fouad added the final touch, securing a goal two minutes before the end of the match.
In an earlier fixture, rookie team ZED secured their first-ever victory in the Egyptian League by defeating Masry 1-0, courtesy of a goal from Mostafa Saad in the 25th minute.
