Zizo, who missed Zamalek's previous two games, has been included in the squad called up by Colombian coach Juan Carlos Osorio for the upcoming game.
Zamalek suffered a surprising 2-0 defeat to minnows Arta Solar from Djibouti in the first leg of the Confederation Cup round of 32 last week in the absence of Zizo.
However, they managed to salvage a 2-2 draw against Pyramids FC in the league opener, narrowly escaping a defeat.
Zizo's return is not the only boost for the White Knights, as Tunisian striker Seif Jaziri and international youth defender Hossam Abdel-Meguid are also present in the squad for the game.
However, Zamalek will still be without the services of international fullback Ahmed Fatouh, who is yet to recover from an injury sustained while on international duty with the Pharaohs earlier this month.
Experienced defender Mahmoud Alaa will also be absent from the game after receiving a red card during the 2-2 draw against Pyramids FC.
On the other hand, Arab Contractors, who were stunned by newly-promoted side Baladeyet Al-Mahala with a 2-0 defeat in the league opener, will be eager to return to winning ways against Zamalek and bounce back from their disappointing loss.
