Wed 25, 8pm: Emerging from a golden egg in the Thracian sun, into a gypsy caravan and traveling across the Balkans, Lesto Drom- France band was born from a love of traditional music from Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean. Coming from different backgrounds - from classical to jazz and improvised music - combining vast influences ranging from Romanian Transylvania to the Caucasian mountains of Armenia, via Greece and Turkey, each instrument carries the other in an intoxicating, sparkling and pearly round, which takes hearts and bodies and makes them dance.
