Airstrikes on two homes killed 30 Palestinians in the Jabaliya camp in northern Gaza, while another killed 15 people in Khan Yunis in the south, according to reporting by SkyNews.
Meanwhile, airstrikes on civilian homes in Rafah killed 29 people, they added.
Hospitals targeted
The Palestinian Red Crescent medical service reported heavy overnight airstrikes in Gaza City near Al-Quds hospital, which houses more than 12,000 displaced people.
Palestinian media also reported that Israel bombed sites near the Al-Shifa Medical Complex in central Gaza, the Kuwaiti Hospital in Rafah, and the Indonesian hospital in the north.
Israeli artillery also bombed the eastern areas of Khan Yunis and northern Gaza in Beit Lahia and Beit Hanoun.
Casualties from these strikes are unknown.
The Palestinian Red Crescent indicated that 25 hospitals in Gaza had been given orders to evacuate by the Israeli army, noting that Gaza hospitals are subjected to repeated Israeli warnings to evacuate.
Furthermore, the Gaza Ministry of Interior said that raids destroyed Al-Nour Al-Mohammadi Mosque in Sheikh Radwan neighbourhood.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said on Sunday that 400 people had been killed in Israeli strikes over the past 24 hours. The death toll from the Israeli bombing of Gaza has risen to 4,741, with more than 14,245 injured, according to the ministry.
Between 200 and 300 people have been killed each day in the besieged Gaza Strip, according to government tolls.
The Israeli military said Monday that it had struck 320 targets throughout Gaza over the last 24 hours. It claimed it had destroyed anti-tank positions and other targets that could endanger forces preparing for “a manoeuvre in the Gaza Strip,” an apparent reference to a ground operation.
Escalation in West Bank
Additionally, the Israeli military stormed Nablus, Tulkarm, Jericho, and several other cities in the West Bank.
The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that two Palestinians were killed and four others seriously injured by small arms fire when the Israeli army stormed the Jalazoun camp, north of the city of Ramallah.
The Israeli military also detained up to 120 Palestinians in the West Bank during raids on homes. More than 1,215 Palestinians have been detained since the start of the Israeli war on Gaza.
