For Napoli, Edinson Cavani scored early and Jose Sosa added a second in injury time.
Third placed Lazio also let a one-goal lead slip when it drew 1-1 at home to Chievo Verona. Hernanes opened the scoring in first-half injury time, but Bostjan Cesar leveled midway through the second period.
