The White Knights suffered their first league defeat of the season against Enppi last week, falling 2-1 to the petroleum side.

This loss has left them in fifth place in the league standings with eight points from five matches.

Under-fire coach Juan Carlos Osorio, announced his squad for the upcoming game, which saw the absence of lively winger Mostafa Shalabi due to injury.

Additionally, defender Mahmoud Alaa will be unavailable, while striker Samson Akinyoola, who has fallen out of favour, has been included in the team's list for the first time this season.

On the other hand, newly promoted side ZED FC is determined to maintain their impressive debut in the elite league.

Under the guidance of coach Magdi Abdel-Atti, the team has produced convincing performances in their past five games, winning two and securing draws in three to bag nine points that put them on the third place in the league table.

With former Ahly players Ali Lotfi and Shadi Hussein, team's top scorer Mahmoud Ziko along with Egypt U-23-star Mahmoud Saber, ZED FC could pose a real threat to the White Knights.
