The handing over of the captives is part of a swap deal between Hamas and Israel brokered by Egypt, Qatar, and the US.
Egyptian medical teams are conducting medical examinations on each captive at the Egyptian side of the Rafah crossing, reported the Egyptian news outlet Al-Qahera News.
The channel released footage showing a vehicle appearing to carry the captives as it moved toward the Egyptian side of the Rafah crossing. The vehicle was surrounded by several ambulances.
The captives are expected to be handed over to the Israeli side.
On Wednesday, Israel and Hamas reached a 4-day humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza through Egyptian, Qatari, and American mediation.
The deal went into effect on Friday at 7 am Palestine time.
It involves halting the Israeli military air and ground operations throughout and releasing 50 Israeli prisoners, including both women and children below the age of 19.
In return, 150 Palestinian women and a group of children under 19 will be released from Israeli prisons based on seniority.
