He expressed the players' determination to secure victory in the upcoming match against Urawa Reds Diamond of Japan at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium in Jeddah in the match for third place in the World competition.
"Winning the bronze medal is very important for the team and the fans.
"The team that remains fully concentrated and clinical will emerge as the victors."
He also mentioned the team's analysis of the Japanese side's matches and highlighted the crucial role he expects the fans to play in supporting the team during the game.
Ahly's Tunisian fullback, Ali Maaloul, echoed Afsha's feelings and emphasized the players' determination to clinch the bronze medal after falling short of reaching the final.
Maaloul shared his disappointment in not being able to convert their opportunities against Fluminense, saying,
"We did everything against Fluminense but we failed to score."
He expressed confidence that the team would demonstrate greater clinical finishing against Urawa Reds Diamond in their pursuit of the bronze medal.
