Egypt’s Air Force Commander discusses exchanging expertise with France
Egyptian Air Force Commander Vice Air-Marshal Mahmoud Fouad Abdel-Gawad met on Thursday in France with the Chief of Staff of the French Air and Space Force, General Stéphane Mille, with whom he agreed on the importance of exchanging expertise.

According to the Egyptian army, both parties emphasized the need to explore new avenues of cooperation and strategic partnership between the Egyptian and French air forces.
Abdel-Gawad praised the productive cooperation with French companies in the aviation industry, especially Dassault Aviation, to enhance the combat capabilities of the Egyptian Air Force.
During his visit to France, the Egyptian commander toured the French Space Command, Mont-de-Marsan Air Base, the operations centre, and the advanced simulation centre.
