With over 20 years of experience in public relations, El-Rafie has built an impressive career, holding key positions across Africa and the Middle East.
Before joining APO Group, she was the Regional Public Relations Manager at Ketchum Raad Middle East in Dubai.
Previously, she spent five years at J. Walter Thompson (JWT), a renowned public relations firm within the WPP Group based also in Dubai.
El-Rafie's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai (AUD).
