Whether you are in Cairo, the Nile Delta governorates, the sunny shores of Sharm El-Sheikh in South Sinai, or even down in Luxor and Aswan in Upper Egypt, you can expect some warmth during the day, as confirmed by the Egyptian Meteorological Authority.
Heading north to the North Coast, however, it can be a bit nippy out there.

With the weather being ideal for outdoor activities, you can be that last-minute visitor to the 2024 Cairo International Book Fair, which is scheduled to conclude on Tuesday after welcoming millions of visitors.
Temperatures will continue to rise throughout the week, with Cairo reaching highs of 22 and lows of 12 on Thursday. As for the North Coast, expect highs of 20 and lows of 11.
If you are craving significantly warmer weather, it is time to pack your bags and head to Dahab and Nuweiba in South Sinai. On Thursday, these coastal paradises will see highs of 26 and lows of 15.
In the southern wonders of Upper Egypt, temperatures will soar to highs of 26 and lows of 11 on Thursday. Meanwhile, in the northern parts of Upper Egypt, including Beni Suef and Fayoum, expect highs of 23 and lows of 7.
Remember, if you are hitting the highways in the northern parts of the country in the early morning, make sure to drive safely as foggy weather will last for a few hours.
