At a camp for the internally displaced in Rafah, in the southernmost Gaza Strip, what little food there is, is rationed out to those sheltering from relentless bombing, unsure for how long they will be safe while others die of hunger or untreated disease. More than four months into the war the cost of Israel’s crimes in Palestine is still being paid by Palestinians alone, and not even the Palestinians bearing arms against their occupiers.
