Sudanese giants Al-Hilal were held to a 1-1 draw by Angolan side Interclube in Group A of the CAF Confederation Cup on Saturday.
A 37th-minute goal by Rosa Barros gave Angolan side Interclube an early lead but they were denied a win by Al-Hilal striker Edward Sadomba, who grabbed the equalizer in the 71st minute.
Al-Hilal lie second in the group with five points, two behind leaders and arch-rivals Merreikh. Ahly Shendi, who are also from Sudan, have three points with three matches to go.
In Group B, AC Leopards of the DR Congo played out a 1-1 draw with Stade Malien on Saturday.
