SuperSport United will play host to Modern Future in the fifth round of the secondary continental tournament at the Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium.

Sitting in second place in Group A, Modern Future has accumulated seven points after four rounds, trailing group leaders USM Alger from Algeria by three points.

SuperSport United currently languishes at the bottom of the group with three points, sharing an equal tally with third-placed Al Hilal Benghazi of Libya.

Modern Future coach Tamer Mostafa has confirmed that all his players are in good health and available for the upcoming clash, boasting an injury-free squad.

"We have faith in our ability to qualify for the next round here in South Africa," Mostafa stated during the pre-game press conference.

"While we acknowledge the challenges posed by the opposition, we must believe in our potential to emerge victorious," he added.

"Our priority is to secure an early ticket to the quarterfinals, so we aim to gain the upper hand during the match," expressed the Modern Future coach.

Modern Future commenced their group stage campaign with a 1-0 victory over SuperSport United.

They then triumphed over Al Hilal with a scoreline of 2-1, followed by a 1-0 loss against USM Alger in their away fixture.
